Cancellations, Returns & Refund policy


RETURNS
Due to shipping complications for the customer, we do not accept returns (it may cost for you to ship it back to us)!
 
Please review your order and make sure the colour and size are correct. If the wrong size or colour is ordered, we may not be able to send a replacement.
  
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are only applicable 24HRS after payment is made. After that time we will be unable to cancel your order. We will not provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. Please make sure you want your items before you purchase them. :-)
REFUND
Unhappy with your item? Don't worry! Out iron clad refund policy lasts 30 days (if 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund).
If you have not received your product within 70 days of ordering you can contact us and we will solve the issue (this is usually never the case unless our warehouses run out of stock).
When a refund is issued, an email will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds normally will be deposited in a few days depending on your bank.
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, and contact your credit card company/bank. It may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
  
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. 
  • To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
